Stanford Health Care – Tri-Valleyis returning for the fourth year as a Show Your Love sponsor—and their impact goes far beyond one event.
We have partnered with the hospital since 1997 for our Meals on Wheels program in the Tri-Valley. They plan, prepare, and stage the hot, nutritious meals that we deliver to homebound seniors every day. Their staff, kitchen, and ongoing support make it possible for us to reach the most vulnerable members of our community with consistency, compassion, and care.
