Sunflower Hill December 50% Matching Campaign

This December, we are thrilled to partner with the Community Health and Education Foundation (CHEF) for our Seeds of Independence Campaign. Every gift you make in December will be matched 50% by CHEF!

Your gift supports programs that:

• Teach life skills and cooking classes to promote independence and healthy eating
• Offer garden programs and summer camps that teach vocational skills, sustainability, and a connection to nature
• Provide social and recreational activities that foster friendships, confidence, and inclusion
• Supply our one-acre garden in Livermore and Irby Ranch community with needed resources

Fighting Food Insecurity

Our Sunflower Hill Garden also helps address food insecurity in the Tri-Valley region. In 2025 alone, we donated 3,864 pounds of organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs to our five local nonprofit partners who are on the front lines battling food insecurity in our community: Open Heart Kitchen, Tri-Valley Haven, Shepherd’s Gate, Culinary Angels, and One Nation Dream Makers.
