Join us for our January series of Wellness Workshops where you’ll find a supportive environment focused on personal growth, connection, and well-being. These sessions are designed to offer encouragement, practical tools, and a sense of community for participants at every stage of their wellness journey.
Workshops are led by Jeanette Schaub, Certified Health & Master Life Coach, who brings experience, compassion, and actionable strategies to each session.
