About Julie Schreiber: Julie Schreiber is an award-winning consulting winemaker with extensive experience across Napa, Sonoma, and Livermore Valley, producing wines that consistently score 90+ points. She combines her Master's in Enology from UC Davis with 14 years as a professional chef, giving her a uniquely refined palate that bridges culinary arts and winemaking. Julie is also a passionate mycologist who organizes international mushroom forays through her company Mycoventures.
