On April 9, 2020, the City of Dublin hosted a series of virtual community conversations. The final Community Conversation focused on economic development and our local business community. City of Dublin Economic Development Director Hazel Wetherford and Dublin Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Inge Houston shared information about their efforts to support Dublin businesses during this trying time. In addition, Noah Brod with the U.S. Small Business Administration (San Francisco Office) and Ron Barrett, advisor with the Alameda County Small Business Development Center, provided a tremendous amount of information regarding Federal business assistance programs.
The two other community conversations were about Public Health and with the Dublin Unified School District. More information can be found on the City of Dublin's coronavirus webpage.
